“ARMSTRONG- January 14, 1894, at his residence, 619 (?) Langley-av., GEORGE A., beloved husband of (?) Armstrong and brother of W. H. Armstrong and Mrs. S. J. Reid. Notice of funeral hereafter.”

“BENEKE-At her residence, 387 Maxwell-st., MARY, beloved wife of Henry Beneke, aged 35 years. Funeral Tuesday, at 1 o’clock, from late residence to Waldheim.”

“BENSON-Jan. 13, 1894, ANNA C. BENSON, aged (?) years. Funeral from her late residence, 242 W. Huron-st., Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 1 p.m. to Graceland.”

“BERGMAN-INGER MARIA BERGMAN, at 247 N. Paulina-st., aged 84 years. Funeral Tuesday, Jan. 16, 1894, at 2 p.m., from above residence, to Graceland.”

“BERKEL-Jan. 14, at his residence, 319 Cleveland-av., JOHN BERKEL. Funeral will take place at 8:30 a.m.”

“DOYLE-Jan. 14, 1894, at 415 (?) W. 51st-st., Mrs. CATHERINE DOYLE (nee Hannigan). Funeral from late residence, Tuesday at St. Anne’s church at 10 a.m., by carriages to Mount Olivet.”

“BOLSTAD-Jan. 14, 1894, LOUIS B. BOLSTAD, beloved husband of Sadie Bolstad (nee Baldwin), aged 31 years 11 months and 26 days. Funeral from his late residence , 927 Homan-av., Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 1:30 p.m. to Graceland cemetery.”

“FROST-Jan. 14, 1894, EMMA L., beloved wife of Henry C. Frost, aged 36 years. Funeral Tuesday, at 9 o’clock, from Christ chapel, corner Orchard and Center-sts., to Naperville, Ill. via C., B.& Q. R.R., 11:35 a.m. train.”

“HODGE-MARY L. HODGE (nee Ashton), beloved wife of Sydney H. Hodge, at her residence, 1301 W. Adams-st., Sunday, Jan. 14, 1894, aged 22 years. Funeral Tuesday, January 16, from late residence to Oakwoods by carriages. Friends invited.”

“KUNZE-Jan. 14, 1894, MARIE, wife of John G. Kunze, aged 77 years. Funeral from her late residence, 22 Wieland-st., Wednesday at 2 p.m. to Graceland.”

“M’DERMOTT-Jan. 14, at his residence, 324 Throop-st., WILLIAM, beloved husband of Bridget McDermott (nee Devins), aged 50 years, member of Catholic Order of Foresters court No. 8. Funeral from his late residence, at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 16, to Holy Family church, where high mass will be celebrated, thence by cars via C.M. & St. Paul R.R. St Louis papers please copy.”

“M’GRAW-Jan. 14, 1894, MARY, widow of the late John M’Graw, aged 94. Funeral from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Dowle, 34 Emerson-av., Tuesday, Jan. 16, to St. Columbkill’s church, thence by carriages to Calvary.”

“M’COURT-Jan. 14, 1894, MARY ETHEL, beloved daughter of James and Mary A. McCourt (nee Cummins), aged 2 years and 2 days. Funeral Tuesday at 10 a.m., from parents’ residence, 2937 Union-av., by carriages to Mount Olivet.”

“NILAND-At the residence of his mother, Mrs. Thomas Niland (nee Rainey), Jan. 13, 1894, JOHN W. NILAND, son of the late Thomas Niland and brother of the late Thomas Niland, Jr.; also of Edward and Timothy, Delia, Mary and Margaret Niland and of Mrs. William Broderick, aged 24 years. A member of the Knights of Honor Lady of the Lake Lodge No. 1053. “REIMERS-Jan. 14, LULU M.D., only daughter of Dora and the late A.E. Reimers, aged 17 years and 2 months. Funeral Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 2 o’clock, from late residence, 219 North-av., by carriages to Graceland.”

“SHAEFER-At her residence, 2949 Butler-st., formerly of 181 E. 20th-st., DOROTHEA SHAEFER, aged 61 years 1 month and 6 days. Funeral will take place from her late residence Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1894, at 1:30 o’clock, by carriages to Oakwoods cemetery. At rest.”
