“Think They are Horse-Thieves.

Frank Williams and George Gerrow were arrested last night by Detectives Cramer and Kelly of the central station, charged with horse stealing.

They are thought to be members of a gang that has been stealing delivery rigs from South Water street firms. They are locked up at central station and will be arraigned at the armory police court to-morrow.”
